WSSCC Global Forum on Sanitation & Hygiene, Mumbai, India, 09-14 October 2011

Up to 500 members of the Water Supply and Sanitation Collaborative Council (WSSCC) – sector professionals, development experts and individuals from partner organizations – will participate in this event.

The Forum provides a global platform for sharing across the sanitation-specific regional conferences in East Asia, South Asia, Africa and Latin America, and seeks to draw in lessons from China.

Programme:

  • Sunday 9 October – Opening Plenary and Welcome Reception
  • Monday 10 October – Leadership and Behaviour Change
  • Tuesday 11 October – Accelerating Change, Urban Field Visit (Dharavi slum)
  • Wednesday 12 October – Equity and Inclusion
  • Thursday 13 October – Focus on Actions
  • Friday 14 October – Training Sessions and Rural Field Visit (Maharashtra State, 14-16 Oct)

There will be a WASH Fair from 09-13 October.
