8th International Conference on Urban Health (ICUH), Nairobi, Kenya, 18-23 Oct 2009

Organized by: the International Society for Urban Health (ISUH) in partnership with the African Population and Health Research Center (APHRC) and the Government of the Republic of Kenya, through the Ministry of Nairobi Metropolitan Development.

The Theme of the 2009 ICUH is “Meeting Urban Health Needs through Innovative Research, Policies and Interventions”.

The overall emphasis will be on reproductive, maternal, and child health as well as housing, water and sanitation, among other sub-themes.
